Hart of Rhinebeck, New York, born in Ogdensburg, New York, who passed away on February 15, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Costello and Bernadette Whelan Costello; and her son Gregory Hart. She is survived by: her sister Christine Burnham of Hampton, NH; her children, George Hart of Kingston, Kathleen Surman and Ursula Harvey; and her friend Jean. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and two great grandsons.
