It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen R. Hart of Rhinebeck, New York, born in Ogdensburg, New York, who passed away on February 15, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Costello and Bernadette Whelan Costello; and her son Gregory Hart. She is survived by: her sister Christine Burnham of Hampton, NH; her children, George Hart of Kingston, Kathleen Surman and Ursula Harvey; and her friend Jean. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and two great grandsons.
