It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan S. Pohlman of Rhinebeck, New York, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Schlotzhauer and Selma Christensen Schlotzhauer; her husband Rev. Stewart F. Pohlman; and her brother Robert Schlotzhauer. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Pohlman (Joanne) of Dallas, TX, Keith Pohlman of Cincinnati, OH and Gayle DiNicola (Paul) of Rotterdam, NY; her brother John Schlotzhauer of Austin, TX; her grandchildren, Rebekah, Anna, Cheryl, David and Brian; and her great grandchildren, Nicole, Claire, Andrew John "AJ", Coe, Dia, Luke, Ellie, Miles, Daniel and Michael. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
