She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Smith and Esther Smith; her husband Bertrand Rene Bouchard; and her daughter-in-law Pamela Jean Bouchard. She is survived by: her children, Mark Alan Bouchard, Sr. of Aberdeen, NC, Kelly Wilson (John) of Aberdeen, NC and Joseph B. Bouchard (Michelle Smith) of Sierra Vista, AZ; and her sister Sharron Smith of Hyde Park, NY. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and cousins.
The family requests that donations may be made to any charity supporting research and cures for Alzheimer's disease and Dementia.
