She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth LaVerne (Henderson) and Kenneth Liebold Johnson; and her sister Margaret Reinhart (Johnson). She is survived by: her husband Michael Carr; her former husband Robert Heltman; and her children, Kenneth Fairchild Heltman, Kathryn Ann France (Heltman), Kimberly Kay DeNardis (Heltman), Karen Renee Ferina (Heltman) and Kerri Lynn Hufford (Heltman). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
