He was loved and cherished by many people including : his father Eugene; his wife Kathryn Osmers; and his children, Brendan, Mark (Rebecca), Stefanie Higgins (Dan), Bruce, Damian, Alita, Jude (Heather), Aynsley LaSalvia (Tom), Brittany Godfroy, Anthony and Nicole (Jay).
