She is survived by: her parents, Peter Cahill of Little River, SC and Helen Andrews Valentine of Millerton; her pet Layla; her daughters, Katherine "Kate" Cashman of Asheville, NC and Emila "Emi" Cashman of Mills River, NC.; her sister Amanda Katherine Schillig (Matt); her niece Izabel; her nephew Elijah of Blacklick, OH; and her half-brothers, Todd and Adam Cahill.
