He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Allen and Alberta McNeil Allen; the mother of his children Marcella Allen; his siblings, Richard Allen, Sharon Plumley (Charles) and Patty English; and his siblings-in-law, Vaughn Smith, Dial Skoreski and Eileen Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Jo Ream (Mike) of Knoxville, Bobbie Jo Allen of Patterson, GA and Jason Lynn Allen of Seoul; his grandchildren, Alexandria Rodreguez, Jake Matthews, Dylon Kizis and Tanner Kizis; his great grandchildren, Olivia Matthews, Gilbert Matthews, Emily Matthews, Michael Rodreguez and Elliott Boco; and his siblings, Mary Lou Smith, Norman Allen and Sheila Skoreski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
