He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Coleman and Ruth Coleman (McAllister); his grandson Jarred Coleman; his brother Francis Coleman; and his nephews, Frankie and Thomas Coleman.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Ordway; his children, Leo E. Coleman (Lisa) of Whitesville, Lynn Coleman (Diane) of Rexville, Shirley Criss (Charles) of Rensselaer and Ruth Slaght (David) of Harrisburg, N. C; his grandsons, Jeremy Coleman (Sarah), Jason Coleman (Brandi), Justin Coleman (Alicia) and Adam Slaght; and his brothers, Thomas "Hughie" Coleman (Nancy) of Greenwood and Kenneth Coleman (Geri) of Mechanicsburg. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and one great, great grandson.
