He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Peugh Cramer and Paul C. Cramer; his wife Carolyn Williams Cramer; and his grandson Joshua Breslin. He is survived by: his son Paul C. Cramer III; his stepchildren, Cindy and Matt Breslin; and his grandson Matthew Thomas Breslin.
