He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony M. Durante and Carmela Tassone Durante; his brother Anthony; his parents-in-law, Silvio Iovinella and Vincenza Iovinella Palmier; his brother-in-law Ronald Iovinella; and his son Robert "Bobby" Iovinella.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Durante; his children, Jami Durante Rogowski (Adam), Anthony Durante (Franca DiCrescenzo) and Jodi Durante-Polsinelli (Michael); his brother-in-law Bobby Iovinella (Christine); and his grandchildren, Alexandra, Ariana, Michael Jr., James, Ella and Silvio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
