He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Fuller and Edward Fuller; his uncle Scott Schriner; his aunts, Judy Zeno (Doug) and Cindy Miller (Bob); his grandparents, Betty, Charles Brunell and Alice Fuller; and his birth father Stanley Andrew Polonski IV.
In lieu of flowers, we would ask for a donation be made to St. Jude's in Stanleys name, in honor of his relationship of "Uncle Stan" to all the children in his life.
