She was predeceased by: her father Paul Eugene Hopping. She is survived by: her children, Saira Sher, Donna Hopping and Zulaiha Musto; her grandson Ezekiel Cooney (Zeke); her mother Alice Head (Pete Head); her brother Robert Kennedy; her sister-in-law Diane; her sisters, Leslieanne Hopping and Kelley Aragon; her nephews, Michael Stoeckeler (Benie) and Gavin Kennedy; and her niece Cora Scheriff (Hunter).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local animal shelter in her honor, as she never turned away a cat in need.
