With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Milford J. Williams of Rensselaer, New York, born in Troy, New York, who passed away on December 2, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Williams; his sister-in-law Gloria Williams; and his parents-in-law, Robert Sousie and Kathy Jeske. He is survived by: his partner Jean M. Sousie of Lansingburgh; his children, Joseph Milford Williams (Tiffany) of Rensselaer, Christopher Williams of Troy and Shawn Williams of Troy; his siblings, William Williams (Shelly Becker) of Troy, David Williams (Lillian) of Troy, Jane Marie Davis (Stephen) of Batavia, NY and Eleanor Ward of Watervliet; his grandchildren, Jordan, Bryan, Carys, Carson, Aiden, Preston, Mackenzie and Makayla; his siblings-in-law, Robert Sousie (Aimee) of Waterford, Rose O'Rourke (Don) of Pleasantdale, Donald Hull (Myra) of South Carolina, Charlie Sousie of Cohoes, Jennifer Brunson of Troy, Randall Sousie (Amanda) of Pleasantdale and Andy Sousie (Jamie) of California; and his mother-in-law Marjorie Fitzpatrick Sousie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home (565 4th Ave, Troy, NY 12182). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
