He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Hampton and Geraldine Ryan Hampton; and his sister Ruth Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Walsh-Hampton; his children, Patricia E. Hampton of Delmar, NY and Zachary M. Hampton (Wendy) of Telluride, CO; his siblings, Jean Stanton of Richmond, VA and Donald Hampton (Ellie) of Bath, NY; and his grandchildren, Breton, Zoe Hampton and Jesse Hampton. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
A service for relatives and friends and a requested donation option in lieu of flowers will be announced in future.
