He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Herrick and Gladys Herrick (Hogan). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Powers Herrick; and his sons, Michael, David (Theresa), Shawn (Amy), Daniel (Pam) and Brendan (Stacey). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
