He was predeceased by: his parents, David Noel and Janet Noel (Fleet); and his daughter Lynde M. Noel. He is survived by: his daughter Shelby A. Noel (Orsini); his son-in-law Zachary M. Orsini; his granddaughters, Madilyn "Madi" Marie Noel-Laraway and Eloise Noel Ross; his former wife Tammy Noel; his siblings, Kimberly A. Hennessy (Joe), Steven M. Noel and David L. Noel; and his nephew Adam D. Dwileski. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the J. Rockefeller Funeral Home, Inc. (165 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, NY 12144). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
