He was predeceased by: his father Joseph F. Scully Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Harriet H. Snyder; his children, Rachel Young (Matthew), Nicole Manzer (James), Katrina Snay (Anthony), Richard Mollenkopf III (Tiffany) and William Mollenkopf (Remy); his nephew David Garrison; his grandchildren, Sophia, Kaitlyn, Dominick, Natalie, Mackenzie, Ethan, Elliot, Skylin, Keelan, Andrew, Nicolas, Erin and Melania; his siblings, Enola and Joe; and his extended family, Antonio Bridges, Thomas Bridges, Theresa Delgado and Luis Delgado. He is also survived by his loving Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
