Linda M. Forte Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda M. Forte (Rensselaer, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 23, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Marie Casullo; and her husband James A. Forte (Jimmy). She is survived by: her daughter Andrea Harrington (Don); her stepdaughter Michele Forte; her grandchildren, Ty Harrington and Alaina Shilstone (Shawn); her stepgrandchildren, Brianna Smith and Noah Moulton; her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Harper Harrington and Dominic Shilstone; her sisters, Janis Cooley (Richard), Gina LaVoy and Theresa Magrum; and her brothers-in-law, Thomas Forte and Kenneth Forte. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the W. J. Lyons Jr. Funeral Home (1700 Washington Ave, Rensselaer, NY 12144). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Linda's memory to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Avenue, Menands, NY 12204.
