He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph A. Gaspary Sr. and Anna A. Gaspary (Yavonditte); his wife Ginger Gaspary; his sons, Joseph III (Larysa) of Guilderland and James (Elizabeth) of Eastland Park; and his grandchildren, Joseph IV and Abigail.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the First Baptist Church (1101 Washington Ave, Rensselaer, NY 12144). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
