He was predeceased by: his father John P. Cebula. He is survived by: his mother Sara Jane Cebula (Schulz); his close friend Jean McWilliams; and his siblings, Mark Cebula, Brian Cebula and Lynn Pareene. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Services for John will be private but contributions can be made in his memory to the American Diabetes Association.
