He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Haggerty and Kathlyn Gilbert Haggerty; his daughter Geiona; and his brothers, Jim and David Haggerty.
He is survived by: his brothers, Tom (Linda), Kevin (Joyce) and Edmund "Pat" (Leslie); his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Walther, Cristin McGrath, Megan Lawrence, Kara Leyhane, Emily Odegard, Kelly Kelly, Todd, John, Bryan, Aaron and Andrew Haggerty; and his sister-in-law Helen Haggerty.
