Howard; his daughters, Kelly Friot of Heuvelton, Chrissy Sibbitts of Loveland, CO, Tami Hayes (Bill) of Freeville, NY and Carrie Clifford (Gary) of Gouverneur; his stepson Billy Besio (Toni) of Colton; his grandchildren, Darren, Nick, Daniel Friot, Sean, Dylan, Mickala Sibbits, Evan, Brandon Hayes, Ashley Clifford, Katie Riley, Hayden and Harley Besio; and his friend Victoria Rosenholz.
