He was predeceased by: his brothers, Simeon "Al" Palmer, Charles A. Palmer and Lynn Arden Palmer Sr.; and his parents, Simeon Allen and Sara Ellen Palmer (Rayburn).
He is survived by: his close friend Gail Eaton of Rensselaer Falls, NY; his children, Wade Eaton of Ogdensburg, Robert Eaton (Marika Latimer) of Rensselaer Falls and Tanya Eaton (Mark Palmeter) of Rensselaer Falls; his brother Claude Palmer (Janet) of Rensselaer Falls; his sisters-in-law, Nettie Palmer of Rensselaer Falls, NY, Patricia Palmer of Rensselaer Falls, NY and Constance Palmer of Rensselaer Falls, NY; and his grandchildren, Bradley, Collin, Zach, Grace, Markle and Daymon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
