He is survived by: his significant other Lisa Girard; his daughters, Shannon Woznick of Colorado, Morgan LaRose of Canton, Katie Girard of Vermont and Haydn Girard of Ogdensburg; his grandchildren, Kali Ann Herdez, Mathew Woznick and Olivia LaRose; his siblings, Randy, Jeff Arquitt of Rensselaer Falls, Andy Arquitt (Missy) of Rensselaer Falls and Ann Arquitt Geary of Canton; and his stepbrothers, Matt, Dominick Arquitt of Pennsylvania, Ronnie, Michael and Lyle LaRose. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
