She was predeceased by: her parents, Bridget Fleming and David Fleming; and her husband Patrick O'Connor. She is survived by: her children, Kathy of Jackson Heights, NY, Theresa and David.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hillebrand Funeral Homes, Inc. (63-17 Woodhaven Blvd, Flushing, NY 11374). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Resurrection-Ascension Church (85-26 61st Rd, Middle Village, NY 11374).
