It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Ely of Redwood, New York, born in Alexandria Bay, New York, who passed away on April 26, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Ely and Rena Trickey Ely; his wife Marjorie A. Walts; his son Eric (Caralee Handshuh); his grandchildren, Aleigha Ely, Kailee Knight, Aurora Ely and Kian Ely; his sisters, Joan Bristol and Linda Bazinet; his son Bobby; and his siblings, Robert, Jack, Betty Irwine, Jean Paige and Verna Daniels.
