He is survived by: his wife Janice M. Savage; his children, Julie DeGroat (Mark) of Theresa, NY, Bobbi McBath (Thomas) of Manlius, NY and John Atkinson (Robin) of Littleton, NC; and his siblings, Peter Atkinson of Kinder, LA and Penny Young (Ronnie) of LaBlanc, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
