He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Rascoe and Anna Rascoe (Reyell); and his wife Theresa "Tessie" Rascoe. He is survived by: his children, Michael Rascoe (Samantha Cross), Ricky Rascoe (Cheryl), Cindy LaVarnway (Bernard) and Judy Rascoe (Steve Kende); his grandchildren, Kyle, Tanner Rascoe, Rick LaVarnway (Dawn), Kevin, Robbie, Mykel LaVarnway, Mandy Lockyer (James), Ashley, Lindsey, Chelsey Rascoe and Steve Siskavich; his brother Clarence Rascoe of Plattsburgh; and his sisters-in-law, Genevieve Heywood of Massachusetts and Margaret Rascoe of Saranac.
