She was predeceased by: her parents, Napoleon Agnew and Melvina Agnew (Sulia); her former husband William Kargoe; her husband James Carter; her daughter Joan LaMare; her siblings, Edward Agnew, Elmer Agnew, Charles Agnew and Alice Austin; her son-in-law Ronnie Blow; her stepson-in-law Robert Pasquerella; her grandson Leonard W. McKenzie; and her stepgrandson Jimmy Lamora.
She is survived by: her children, John L. Kargoe (Gail) of Cairo, NY, Thomas E. Kargoe of Aylette, VA, Charles A. Kargoe of Morrisonville, Tania Kargoe of Plattsburgh, Dora Thompson of Plattsburgh, Eugenia Blow of Ellenburg and Marie McKenzie (Leonard) of Saranac; her son-in-law Leon LaMare of West Chazy; her stepchildren, Oliver Carter (Janet) of Saranac, Barbara Ducatte (Terry) of Saranac and Virginia Pasquerella of Schnectady; and her sister-in-law Jane Agnew. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Elmore SPCA, the JCEO, or the Church of the Assumption in Redford.
