He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick J Fitzmaurice and Alice Fitzmaurice (Sage); and his brother Joseph Fitzmaurice. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Batchelor; his sons, Michael Fitzmaurice (Mark Tallardy) of Poughkeepsie, NY and Timothy Fitzmaurice (Kelly McMullen) of Germantown, NY; his sister Joan Manning of Denville, NJ; and his sister-in-law Sally Fitzpatrick of Whitesboro, NY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, two grand dogs and many friends.
