She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hoffman and Mary Hoffman (Humphries); and her husband James Ellis. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Ellis (John Scollo); and her brothers, Roger Hoffman (Pam), Jonathan Hoffman (Debby) and David Hoffman (Scottie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
