He is survived by: his parent Christina Fernandez (Ford-Norman); his spouse Sonia Perez; his daughters, Sonia Crane (Jim) of Tivoli, NY and Cindy Banchik of Fort Washington, PA; his grandchildren, Michael Domke (Michelle), Lloyd Domke, Jamie Crane (Jennifer), Robbie Crane and Lauren Crane; and his great grandchildren, Ellie, Annabelle and Olivia Cecilia.
Memorial donations may be made in Sergio's memory to the Shriners Hospital.
