Peter Lewis Riley Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter Lewis Riley of Red Hook, New York, who passed away on July 18, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Conklin Riley (Pete) and Katherine Blakeman (Kay). He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Gearing; his children, Denise Miller (Richard), Debbie Kolberg, Diane Donohue (Matthew) and Peter James Riley (Judy); his grandchildren, Ann-Marie, Joseph, Peter Wayne, Christopher, Carolyn, Samantha, Brendan, Carter and Meagan; his great grandchild Noah; and his daughter Marcia Alessandra Cavalaro (Lee).
After some years of teaching, he earned a National Science Foundation grant to attend the University at Buffalo where he earned a Master's Degree of Mathematics.
