Maynard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard M. Ham and Katherine Ham (Anspach); his wife Kathleen Marie Ryan "Kaddy"; and his brother-in-law Wayne Helsley, Sr.. He is survived by: his son John Ham; his grandson Nicholas Ham; and his sisters, Phyllis Pentercost (John) and Kathy Helsley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; extended family and countless friends.
