He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Pietrina; his children, Daniel McLaughlin (Karen), Pennie McLaughlin (Joseph Keith), Joseph McLaughlin Jr. and Mark McLaughlin (Deanne); his grandchildren, Alexandra Ellam (Robert), Samantha McLaughlin, Danielle Gianndrea (Joseph), Ryan McLaughlin, Nicholas McLaughlin, Siena Carlos and Nicole Verduin; his great grandchildren, Lilliana and Gabriella Ellam; his stepsons, William (Jeanine) and Michael Hogan (Tina); his granddaughter Ava Hogan; his sister Anne Wehrle; his parents, Palma McLaughlin and Lionel McLaughlin; his stepfather Clarence; his daughters, Virginia and Debra; and his siblings, Palma and Lionel. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
