He was predeceased by: his parents, Victoria Grzebielucha Jozefowicz and Jozef Jozefowicz; his wife Nancy Gray Leach; and his brother Leon Jozefowicz. He is survived by: his sons, Dr. James J. Jozefowicz (Stephanie) of Indiana, PA, Andrew S. Jozefowicz (Nancy Finelli) of Saugerties, NY and Thomas M. Jozefowicz (Melissa) of Poughkeepsie, NY.; his grandchildren, Abigail AnMarie ZiYi Jozefowicz, Angelina Marie Baker and Matthew Ben Jozefowicz; and his brother Stanley Jozefowicz of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
