He is survived by: his parent Margaret Kavaky (Leskovjansky); his spouse Nancy Giles; his children, Jennifer Alvarez (Alan) of New Jersey and Joseph Kavaky, Jr (Melissa Hopson) of Florida; his brother James Kavaky of Ohio; his stepdaughters, Janet Carlisle Wilusz of Colorado, Kathleen Carlisle of Kingston, NY and Kristen Morgan of Kingston, NY; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Jo Kavaky and Kiera Marie Kavaky; his stepgrandchildren, Caitlin Wilusz, Mackenzie Wilusz, Preston Morgan and Alexis Morgan; his cousin Susan Powell; and his siblings, Lucille Kavaky and Albert Kavaky. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
