He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dorrian and Sarah "Maggie" Dorrian (Taggart); and his siblings, James Dorrian, Elizabeth O'Reilly, Kathleen Kennedy and Edward Dorrian.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Mary Dorrian, Paul Dorrian, Terry Dorrian, Sean Dorrian (Kathy), Kevin Dorrian (Wendy) and Elizabeth Yearwood (Chris); and his grandchildren, Adam (Kristine), Hannah, Patrick, Sean, Ryan, Aidan, Jenna, Brendan, Shannon and Christopher. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
