She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Charles and Jessica Henry Charles; her husband Henry J. Clinton Sr.; and her siblings, Everett Charles Jr., Ida May Judson and Jesse Charles.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Rhodes Carlock (Robert) of Greensboro, NC, Erin M. Garcia (Luis) of Red Hook, Karen L DeClair (Steven) of Poughkeepsie and Henry J. Clinton Jr. (Sirenia) of Asheboro, NC; her grandchildren, Tyler J. Rhodes of Greensboro, NC, Eva M. Garcia of Red Hook, Ema M. Garcia of Red Hook, Elia M. Garcia of Red Hook, Michelle L. Cummings of Poughkeepsie, Henry J. Clinton III of Asheboro, NC and Stefanie P Clinton of Asheboro, NC; and her great grandchildren, Freya A. Rhodes of Greensboro, NC, Kari of Poughkeepsie, Kristopher of Poughkeepsie, Kason of Poughkeepsie and Kareem Jr. of Poughkeepsie.
