He is survived by: his wife Marie Miller Votava; his daughter Marianne (Maggie); his son-in-law Anthony Russo; his son William; his daughter-in-law Kristin Votava; his granddaughters, Milo, Jazmin, Kaya, Ellie and Annabelle; his brother Frank; his sister-in-law Elsa Votava; his friends, Arleen and William Sliva; his nephews, Jeffrey (Dina Sliva), Ernie Brodany and Rev. Douglas Grandgeorge; his sister-in-law Carol Miller; and his niece Brooke Miller.
