She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Witte and Mary Witte. She is survived by: her husband David Garland; her son Kenji Garland of Portland, ME; and her siblings, Theresa Riley (Kevin) of Rockledge, FL, Marybeth Clark (Jim) of Tallahassee, FL, Paul Witte (Jim Caumo) of Rockledge, FL, Frank Rogers-Witte (Cally) of Cocoa, FL and Harry Witte of Harrisburg, PA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, colleagues, friends, and two beloved cats.
Memorial donations may be made in Anne's memory to National Nurses United, or Greenpeace.
