We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2021, at the age of 64, William E. Bigelow of Red Creek, New York, born in Oswego, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell E. Bigelow and Roberta G. Gwaltney. He is survived by: his brother Robert "Tom" Bigelow (Alice) of Phoenix; his nephew Troy (Lori) of Charleston; and his uncle Robert Redmond of Red Creek.
