She was predeceased by: her parents, George Larkin and Victorine Younglove Larkin; her son Dennis B. Verkest; and her siblings, Phyllis Minier, Beverly Howland, Artus Larkin, Roberta Keeton, Dorinda Roberts and Willis Larkin (Jerry).
She is survived by: her husband Maurice Verkest; her daughters, Stephanie Nodine (Randy) of Red Creek and Julie Geffert (Jim) of North Rose; and her daughter-in-law Sunant Verkest (Juke). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
