She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon (Grover Crocker), Karl (Doreen Hoeffner) and Russel Hoeffner of Red Creek; her children, James (Tammy Francis), Shawn (Terri Francis) and Anita J Francis of Wolcott; her grandchildren, James, Caitlyn Wollek of Wolcott, Jessie, Yibai Wollek of Savannah, GA, Angle Lee Francis, Dan Noble of Savannah, Evelyn, Steven Chadwick of Clyde, Casey Francis of Savannah, Shawn Francis of Red Creek and Chaz (Nichole Francis) of Middleburg, PA; and her friends, Robin Thomas, Henry, Tina Francis and Charles Ruffle. She is also survived by Great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
