With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Heather A. Simpkins of Red Creek, New York, born in Oswego, New York, who passed away on September 22, 2023 at the age of 35. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Olivia McCloe; and her brother Bradley Simpkins. She is survived by: her parents, Lee Simpkins (Karen Lang) and Rita Hunt Mills (Tim); her fiancé Steven McCloe; and her siblings, Daniel Simpkins, Devon Simpkins and Ashley Willborn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
