With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Donald A. Slobe of Red Creek, New York, born in Oswego, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Slobe and Agnes Zayown Slobe; his wife Beverly Spaulding Slobe; and his brother Dave Sloan. He is survived by: his children, Lori McIntyre (Bill Derby) of Sterling, James Slobe (Virginia) of Red Creek, Ronald Slobe (Barbara) of Red Creek, Mark Slobe of Pennelville and Danny Slobe of Oswego; his siblings, Phillip Slobe of Oswego, Richard Slobe of Colorado, Florence Meakin of Oneida and Alicia Chick of Oswego; and his grandchildren, Amanda Slobe, Kristin Slobe, James Slobe Jr. (Angie Stevens), Mathew McIntyre (Marissa), Mark McIntyre (Anna), Justin Slobe (Brittany), Samantha Hesse (Mike), Jacob R. Slobe (Mariah), Kassidee Slobe (Sean O'Brien), Jayden Slobe, Michelle Dumont (Will) and William Derby (Jennifer). He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
