Carter; her children, John Flansburg (Mary), Cathy Hollins (Dave), Tommy Flansburg, Gary Flansburg (Tamie), Cari Ann Carter and Tonja Carter; her sisters, Elizabeth Stanton and Karen McMillen; and her close friend Patricia Moore. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
