She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Stahl and Freda Barkman Stahl Stroud; her husband Leslie Richard Newell; and her sisters, Janis Lovrin and Lenore Fontenot.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lucille Margiasso, Leila Henderson, Freda Stahl, Faye VanDyke, Lona Landauer, Laura Manuel and Leonard Stahl Jr.; her children, Michael Newell and Susanne Koban; her granddaughters, Megan Newell and Christy Koban; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Margaret, Maisy and Lukas. She is also survived by her family and friends and granddaughters.
