He is survived by: his wife Caroline Turner; his children, Tammy Turner, Tracy Rice (Billy), Terry Bylsma (Michael), Rachel (BJ) and Mark Brate, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Hailey, Madyson, Dylan, Blake, Colin, Sophia, Esther, Chase, Tyler, Mason, Annabelle, Theodore (Johnny Reed) and Lexi (Callie).
