He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Wilsey and Ruby Wilsey (Wickham). He is survived by: his wife Elsie (Lehmann); his children, David, Stephen, Donald, Keith, Valerie Bidwell (Greg) and Cindy O'Donnell (Bill); his granddaughter Madison Bidwell; and his siblings, Blondie Neri, Tootie Halloran and Dale. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
